- Strong network in mining and oil gas industry (1,2)
- Bachelor's Degree, majoring in machine / mine engineer (2)
- Experience on job site (2,3,4)
- Have qualification to 3G welding position (3)
- Understand to read engineering drawing and machining skill (4)
- SMK, majoring machine production (3,4)
